AVSDI understands what makes system designs successful.
Through a series of kickoff meetings followed by numerous brainstorming sessions, a preliminary systems requirements list is formulated. From that list the team can identify equipment to purchase and create basic technical drawings showing signal flows and equipment correlation.
In engineering meetings the team discusses signal flow, source and destinations for routers and patch bays, control systems for basic lighting and full on building control.
The basis of all of the above meetings leads to the delivery of technical engineered drawings showing how the devices interrelate and how signals flow among them. The drawings are thoroughly detailed and cover everything from equipment quantities, cable types, cable lengths, connector types and pinouts.
Additionally, a specification document package and RFP is developed so potential audiovisual integrators can bid on the project.
